The Lifeblood of Our Mission
Coffee with a Purpose
While the Nkomba Bird Sanctuary is the ecological jewel of our conservancy, the Beach Café is the vital force that keeps it flourishing. It serves as the primary funding source for almost all our conservation work.
Every cappuccino ordered and every breakfast enjoyed directly contributes to the preservation of Pennington's natural heritage. The revenue generated here sustains the Green Team's wages, buys equipment for Anti-Snare Patrols, and funds the maintenance of the Makamati and Nkomba trails. It is a model of sustainable eco-tourism: a community business existing to nurture the environment around it.
Your support here keeps our forests green.
