The Impithi Beach Kiosk is the flagship of the Pennington Conservancy and generates the bulk of the funds for our projects and work in the Pennington Conservation area. At the Kiosk we use the occasional volunteer however we have a core staff complement creating employment for people in the area. All profit from the Kiosk goes to the Pennington Conservancy.

The sea view is breathtaking and you may even be lucky enough to see whales frolicking in the waves or an Impithi or two playing in the beautiful indigenous gardens surrounding the Kiosk.

We serve delicious homemade meals off our menu as well as a curry special for Friday Lunch and a 3 course meal for Sunday Lunch. Our breakfasts while enjoying the view are the perfect start to any day. Takeaways are also available as is our famous Carrot Cake and other treats to accompany a cuppa.

From every table you have a breathtaking sea view.  That view is never the same and changes with the weather and the season. In the winter you can see breaching whales slapping their tails and dolphins surfing the waves. If you are (un)lucky you see sharks chasing the sardines.

The Kiosk is set in beautiful indigenous gardens. These gardens are home to a variety of birds and animals. if you are lucky you see Impithis and monkeys chasing each other under the watchful eye of mongoose. There is also a playground for the children.

Pennington prides itself on a beautiful and clean beach. Out of season it is quiet and peaceful and at peak season it is lively but never crowded. There is a tidal pool for the kids – young and old. For everyone else there is the sea with lifeguards on weekends and holidays.

At the Kiosk there is food for everyone. From a kiddies menu to a pensioners special. From homemade pies to a breezy lunch with chips or salad. A three course Sunday roast and a monthly Friday curry evening. Group bookings and Takeaways we do it all.
